Adjustable-rate mortgage

It is a type of mortgage that operates with an interest rate that changes over time. In other words, the same interest rate will not be paid throughout the term of the loan.

The interest rate of adjustable mortgages depends on a reference index or indicator to which a differential is added. The Euribor is the most commonly used index for this type of mortgage in Spain.
