Chartism or technical analysis is the study of stock market charts to try to predict the behavior of stocks and other financial assets.
Chartism is based on the fact that the price of a share includes all the variables that affect the company and therefore studies the movement and evolution of prices to try to predict their behavior.
On the other hand, fundamental analysis is based on the study of the company’s accounts. Both approaches are complementary.
