Premises

In general, this is the structure of a building. Depending on what is agreed upon in the policy, it usually includes all main and/or accessory buildings, including foundations and fixed installations. Also false ceilings, wallpaper, paint, wood and carpets adhered to floors, walls or ceilings, as well as blinds, fences and enclosing walls, whether or not these are independent of the building.

In some countries the premises is referred to as the “building” or “structure”.
