Renting

In Spain, renting means a contract for the rental of a movable asset in which the use of the asset is transferred in exchange for a monthly fee or rent.

Unlike leasing, there is no option to buy at the end of the contract. Many renting contracts include additional services besides the rental of the asset. This is what happens in vehicle renting in Spain where, in addition to the car, vehicle insurance and servicing, among other things, are added.
