Minimum income tax exemption

The minimum income tax exemption is the amount of money on which you do not have to pay tax in your personal income tax return.

It is considered to be the minimum amount of money necessary to survive and is an income that is not subject to personal income tax. The concept of minimum income exemption was introduced in the 1990s in Spain and the amount has grown over time.
